1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, installed, assembled, or damaged items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance / final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original packaging

3. How to Return

  1. Contact customer service to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return approval and return instructions.
  4. Ship items back in secure packaging with tracking.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • A restocking fee may apply to non-defective, non-error returns.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Late Returns

Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.
