Return policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be in new, resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, assembled, or damaged items
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance / final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging
3. How to Return
- Contact customer service to request a return.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Ship items back in secure packaging with tracking.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee may apply to non-defective, non-error returns.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
7. Late Returns
Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.
