Shipping policy

1. Shipping Service Areas

We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Available Shipping Methods
We use reliable national carriers including:
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air
  • USPS Priority Mail

3. Shipping Options

Ship to Store (Free In-Store Pickup)

Free shipping to your local Roush Hardware store location.
Once your order arrives in-store, you will receive a pickup notification email.

Ship to Address (Home Delivery)

Direct delivery to your residential or commercial address.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, location and shipping method selected.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed during standard business hours.
In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Oversized & Heavy Items

Large, bulky, heavy or oversized items may only be eligible for Ship-to-Store pickup and cannot be shipped directly to residential addresses.
This restriction will be clearly displayed on product pages before checkout.

6. Shipping Availability

Ship-to-store service is only available when items are in stock at your local warehouse/store location.
If an item is unavailable locally, ship-to-store service will not be offered.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout after selecting your shipping method.
Delivery times depend on carrier transit times and do not include order processing time.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions or holiday disruptions.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may track your delivery status on the carrier’s website at any time.
